Susan Bankoski Chunyk, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology [Lic. info]
Susan Bankoski Chunyk earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders and a Master of Arts Degree in Audiology from the University of Connecticut. She was awarded a Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University at the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Dr. Chunyk completed her Clinical Fellowship Year in Audiology at the New York School for the Deaf in White Plains, New York, before entering private practice at Hampden Hearing Center.
Dr. Chunyk is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Massachusetts Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Audiology. She is licensed as an Audiologist by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the state of Connecticut and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Chunyk is fluent in American Sign Language.
Jennifer Lundgren Garcia, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology [Lic. info]
Dr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders and a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from the University of Rhode Island. Her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) was awarded by A.T. Still University at the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Dr. Garcia completed her Clinical Fellowship Year in Audiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. She worked as a Staff Audiologist at private practices in Rochester, New York and South Weymouth, Massachusetts, before joining the staff at Hampden Hearing Center in 2003.
Dr. Garcia is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Massachusetts Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Audiology. She is licensed as an Audiologist by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Billing Specialist
Carla Fernandes has been part of the Hampden Hearing Center team since 2007. Her responsibilities include insurance claim processing and general office duties. If you have questions regarding your health insurance coverage for the services and products we provide, please contact Carla.
Debbie Richmond
Office Manager
Debbie Richmond joined the staff at Hampden Hearing Center in 2008. Debbie manages the front office, including scheduling appointments and assisting patients with paperwork at appointment check-in.
Bob Chunyk
Office Assistant
Bob Chunyk provides office support on a part-time basis, assisting Debbie and Carla with their clerical tasks and working on special projects.
