Can my hearing aids get wet?

Although today’s hearing aids are water-resistant, they are not waterproof. The devices should never be submerged in water, but they are likely to survive exposure to moisture from perspiration, humidity, rain, or snow. Just use common sense and cover your head when outside in rain or snow. And always remove them before bathing or swimming. If you are concerned about moisture damaging your hearing aids, contact us for information about drying devices.
